All spring dresses are lightweight and cool. The heavy-duty hook and loop closure is safe and secure. The extra strength nylon reinforced D-Ring allows the dress to double as a harness. Hook and loop neck and chest closure feature will not open, even when pulled or lifted. Lots of room for adjustment for an easy fit. (Size XL has a leash hole.)
